Terms of Use

LAST UPDATED 05/08/2026

1. Acceptance

Using this site means accepting these terms. A visitor who does not accept them should not use the site.

2. Nature of the site

The site is informational only. Nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation, or professional advice of any kind, including strategic, financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice.

No advisory, fiduciary, agency or client relationship is created by viewing the site or by sending an enquiry. An engagement exists only under a separate signed written agreement.

3. No reliance

Content is provided as general information and may change without notice. Visitors act on it at their own risk and should obtain their own qualified advice before making any decision.

4. Enquiries and unsolicited material

Anything sent through the enquiry form or by email is not treated as confidential unless a written confidentiality agreement is already in place. Visitors must not send confidential, privileged, price sensitive or third party information.

The operator accepts no obligation of confidence, no duty to review, and no liability arising from unsolicited material.

Where a visitor sends ideas, proposals or concepts, the operator is free to develop similar work independently and owes no compensation, credit or restriction, and no obligation of non use arises. Sending an enquiry does not reserve, block or create any exclusivity.

5. Intellectual property

All content, text, structure, visual design, code, diagrams, interactive components and methods presented on the site belong to the operator or its licensors. No licence is granted.

No copying, scraping, framing, republication, reverse engineering or derivative use is permitted without prior written consent. Automated collection, including scraping for the training of machine learning or generative models, is expressly prohibited.

6. Third party names and marks

Names and logos of other organisations appear solely to describe genuine professional roles and relationships. They remain the property of their owners.

Their appearance does not imply endorsement by them, nor any joint venture, group, partnership or common ownership between them.

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful use is permitted. Visitors must not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access, must not submit content by automated means, must not misuse the enquiry form, and must not use the site in any way that could damage its reputation or availability.

8. Availability

The site is provided as is and as available. There is no warranty of uninterrupted or error free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity or data, however arising.

Total aggregate liability, where liability cannot be excluded, is limited to one hundred US dollars or the minimum permitted by applicable law, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights that consumers hold under mandatory consumer protection law in their jurisdiction.

10. Indemnity

The visitor indemnifies the operator against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from their breach of these terms or their unlawful use of the site.

11. External links

The operator is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any external site.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, save where mandatory law in the visitor’s country of residence requires otherwise.

14. Severability, no waiver, entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

These terms, together with any separate signed written agreement, form the entire agreement between the visitor and the operator in relation to the site.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to sales@theglobalcompany.com.
